What Is WarmupInbox?

WarmupInbox (by Lead Labs LLC) is a standalone email deliverability tool that warms up cold email inboxes by simulating real engagement — opens, replies, and moving messages out of spam — through a network the vendor reports at 30,000+ real active inboxes. The goal is building sender reputation with Gmail, Outlook, and Google Workspace before you start real cold outreach, since brand-new domains and inboxes are the ones most likely to get flagged by spam filters.

Pricing

Pricing is per inbox, billed monthly or yearly (yearly billing saves 20%):

  • Basic — $15/inbox/month (billed yearly): 75 warmup emails/day, reply rate capped around 25%. Built for maintaining already-established domains rather than ramping up brand-new ones.
  • Max — $79/inbox/month (billed yearly): up to 1,000 warmup emails/day, reply rate up to 65%, technical setup checks, unlimited API access.
  • A mid-tier Pro plan sits between the two (higher volume and reply-rate cap than Basic) — check WarmupInbox's live pricing page for the current rate, since it's not consistently published across sources.

One thing worth flagging plainly: this is per-inbox pricing with no volume discount. Ten inboxes on Basic runs about $150/month — for agencies or teams warming multiple domains, that adds up quickly compared to flat-fee alternatives.

Features

  • Network of 30,000+ real inboxes for warmup (vendor-reported)
  • Automated engagement: opens, replies, moving emails to the primary inbox, spam removal
  • Language-specific warmup across 12 languages
  • ESP-specific warmup (target Gmail/Workspace or Outlook specifically)
  • Built-in cold email sequencer with contact list verification
  • Blacklist monitoring and a free spam checker tool
  • IMAP/SMTP setup — works with any provider, not locked to a specific ESP

What Users Say — The Honest Version

Independent reviews surface two consistent themes worth knowing before you buy:

Caps aren't clearly disclosed upfront. Reply-rate caps (25% on Basic, up to 65% on Max) and daily volume limits are documented in the help center rather than the pricing page itself — worth checking directly before assuming a plan covers your volume.

Feature development has been slow. One G2 reviewer in 2025 put it directly: they'd used the tool in 2022, came back in 2025, and found it "almost identical," while competitors added deliverability testing and inbox-placement tracking by ISP in the meantime. WarmupInbox doesn't currently offer spam or inbox-placement testing at any tier — it handles the warmup mechanism itself well, but doesn't tell you how well it's working.

A Simpler Alternative Worth Knowing About

If you're already using — or considering — Woodpecker for your cold email outreach, it's worth knowing that Woodpecker includes email warmup for free at every plan tier, rather than as a separate paid tool. If your main need is outreach with warmup included rather than warmup as a standalone product, that combination may be simpler and cheaper than running two separate subscriptions. Richard's Verdict

WarmupInbox does one job — inbox warmup — reliably and at a lower entry price than most standalone competitors. If you're a solo founder or small team that just needs basic warmup on a budget, it's a reasonable pick. But the per-inbox pricing scales expensively for teams running multiple domains, and the lack of built-in deliverability testing means you're warming up blind — you won't know if it's actually working without a separate tool to check. If you're already evaluating a full outreach platform, check whether it includes warmup natively before paying for this as a separate line item.
